Plan covers one registered domestic purifier at one residential address and activates after inspection. Existing faults require chargeable rectification before activation. “Unlimited” means genuine requests under fair use, with one open request at a time; visits caused by refusal to replace a diagnosed chargeable part may be excluded. Parts depend on compatibility and availability. Platinum covers one membrane replacement per plan year when technically required and one replacement of each eligible electrical component per plan year. Unused benefits do not carry forward or convert to cash. 24-hour resolution means repair completion or a confirmed diagnosis and next-action timeline within 24 hours of inspection; customer access, approvals, parts availability, city conditions and force majeure may affect completion.
