This policy covers work performed through Yantra4All bookings. It is in addition to, and does not reduce, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the manufacturer's product warranty.
The 30-day service guarantee
If the same issue recurs within 30 days of a completed repair or service, we re-visit and fix it free of charge โ no visit fee, no labour charge. Claim it from the original booking in your account, or contact support.
Spare parts
- Parts supplied through Yantra4All are genuine and carry the manufacturer's warranty applicable to that part (stated on your bill at the time of billing).
- If a part we supplied and fitted fails within its warranty period under normal use, replacement of the part and the fitting labour are free.
Installations
Installation workmanship is covered for 30 days from completion. Manufacturer-defined installation warranties (where the brand specifies longer terms) apply as per the brand's policy.
What is not covered
- A different fault from the one originally repaired (a fresh booking applies, with upfront pricing as always)
- Damage from misuse, accident, unauthorised repair or tampering after our visit
- Failures of customer-supplied parts, or issues the technician flagged in writing as pre-existing at the time of the visit
- Normal consumables and wear items beyond their stated life (e.g., filters past due date)
- Electrical supply, plumbing or civil-work issues outside the appliance itself
How to claim
- Open the original booking in your account and tap Report an issue, or contact support on +91 92895 22099.
- A re-visit is scheduled โ for jobs rated below 4โ , a senior expert visits within 24 hours.
- If the issue can't be fixed on re-visit, the refund provisions of our cancellation & refund policy apply.
