1. Who's who
“We”, “us” and “Yantra4All” refer to MAK LEDER PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN: U74900DL2015PTC288114, GSTIN: 07AAKCM0449E1ZL), an Indian company with its registered office at Plot 36-A, KH No. 181, Dindapur Extn. Road, Phase-1, Shyam Vihar, Najafgarh, West Delhi – 110043, that operates the Yantra4All brand and service network. “You” means the person using the Yantra4All website, app, or calling our customer support to book a service.
By creating an account or completing a booking you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and the service-specific Refund & Cancellation rules.
2. The service
Yantra4All is a marketplace that connects you with licensed, insured, background-verified appliance-service partners (franchisees and technicians). For each booking, the franchise that fulfils your job is identified on the confirmation page.
3. Account & eligibility
- You must be 18+ and able to enter into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- One account per phone number. Sharing logins is not allowed.
- Keep your phone, email, and address details accurate — incorrect information may delay or void a service.
4. Booking, pricing & GST
- Prices shown are inclusive of GST at the prevailing rate (typically 18% on services, with applicable HSN/SAC codes printed on the invoice).
- The price displayed at the moment you confirm the booking is the price you pay, unless additional spare parts are agreed and pre-approved by you on-site.
- Spare parts, replacement parts, and out-of-warranty repairs may attract additional charges quoted by the technician before work starts.
- We may apply a regional or seasonal multiplier (transparently shown on the price card before checkout).
5. Payments
Payment is collected upfront online (UPI, cards, net-banking) via Razorpay. The platform is currently prepaid only — technicians do not collect cash on the doorstep. EMI options surface for eligible cart values. We do not store any payment-instrument data.
6. Cancellation, rescheduling, refunds
Cancellation and refund rules vary by service category and timing. The applicable policy chip is shown on every service detail page and on the booking confirmation. Top-line summary:
- Free cancellation up to 4 hours before the slot.
- Within 4 hours of the slot: a small cancellation fee (typically ₹49) applies.
- Once a technician has arrived: the visit charge is non-refundable; service charge is refundable only if you choose to abandon the work.

7. Service warranty
Most appliance repairs carry a 30-day service warranty covering the repair only (not the underlying appliance). Specific warranty terms are printed on the job sheet you receive on completion.
8. AMC & subscription plans
- AMC plans are sold per appliance and run for the term shown at purchase (typically 12 months).
- Each plan includes a fixed number of preventive-maintenance visits — unused visits do not roll over after the term ends.
- You may pause or cancel an AMC from your account; pro-rata refund rules are listed on the plan page.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or to defraud, harass or impersonate.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack our infrastructure.
- Resell access to the service without our prior written consent.
- Mistreat or abuse our partner technicians — verified abuse will result in immediate suspension of your account.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yantra4All's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of a single booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (including loss of business, data, or goodwill).
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian law.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Yantra4All against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the platform.
12. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved by the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, subject to mandatory arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 where applicable.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are notified by an in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
