My smart TV keeps dropping Wi-Fi. Router or TV?
If other devices hold the same network fine, the TV's Wi-Fi module is suspect — a known age failure on several brands and a replaceable part. The visit rules out router placement and settings first, so you don't pay for a part you didn't need.
An HDMI port died — do I lose it forever?
No. Ports fail from plug stress and lightning surges; they can be re-soldered or the mainboard replaced depending on damage. Until the visit, use another port. The diagnosis tells you which fix applies, priced before work starts.
What height should a 55" or 65" TV be mounted?
Screen centre at seated eye level — around 100–110 cm from the floor for typical sofas, a touch higher for reclined viewing. Bigger panels tempt people to mount high; that causes neck strain. We mark it with you seated before drilling.
