What does split AC installation include?
Wall bracket and drilling, up to the standard copper piping run, flare connections, vacuuming the lines before gas release, drain routing, and a full cooling test. Extra copper beyond the standard length is charged per metre from the rate card — quoted before we fit it.
How long does a split AC service take?
A power-jet deep clean takes 45–60 minutes for the indoor and outdoor unit. Foam + jet takes a little longer. Gas refill with leak detection typically runs 60–90 minutes depending on where the leak hides.
My split AC cools less than last summer. Service or gas?
Book a deep clean first — a choked filter and dirty coils are the cause in most cases and cost far less than a gas job. If cooling is still weak after cleaning, the technician pressure-tests for a gas leak on the same visit and quotes the refill before doing it.
