Usually with the right adapter — Indian tap threads rarely match the boxed one, which is the top setup frustration. Our technician carries common adapter sizes and sorts the connection, or configures tank-fill mode if your model supports it.
How many dishes does a countertop model actually handle?
Realistically 2–4 place settings — dinner for a couple or a small family's single meal, minus the largest kadhai. The loading demo shows what fits; for bigger households we'll honestly suggest a freestanding machine instead.
Does a countertop dishwasher need salt and rinse aid too?
In hard-water areas, yes — scale doesn't care how small the machine is. Models without a softener compartment need periodic descaling service instead. We set up whichever your model uses and show you the refill routine.
