Why are my dishes coming out with white film?
Hard-water scale. Either the softener salt has run out, the salt setting doesn't match your water hardness, or scale has already coated the machine internally. Our descale service fixes the buildup and sets the softener correctly for your locality's water.
Does a dishwasher really clean Indian utensils — kadhai and pressure cookers?
Yes, with the right loading and an intensive cycle. Scrape (don't pre-rinse) heavy masala residue, place kadhais face-down on the bottom rack, and use a good detergent. The installation demo covers exactly this — Indian-kitchen loading, not the brochure version.
My dishwasher isn't draining fully. What's wrong?
A blocked filter or sump is most likely — food debris collects there and should be cleared weekly. If the filter is clean, the drain pump or drain-hose routing is the suspect. Both are diagnosed and priced in a single service visit.
What does dishwasher installation include?
Inlet connection with a leak check, drain-hose routing at the correct height, machine levelling, first-run with salt and rinse-aid setup, and a full usage demo. For built-in models we also align the unit with your cabinetry.
