Frequently asked questions
Why do my clothes smell even after washing?
Detergent residue and lint inside the drum and door gasket hold moisture and breed bacteria. A drum descale and deep-clean service removes that layer. After that, leave the door ajar between washes and run a monthly empty hot cycle to keep it away.
My machine shakes violently during spin. Is that serious?
If it's new, it's usually unlevelled feet or transit bolts still fitted — a quick fix. In an older machine, worn suspension or drum bearings are likely; run it long enough and the drum can damage the tub. Worth a diagnosis visit before it gets expensive.
Front load or top load — which needs more service?
Front loads clean better and use less water but are more sensitive to hard-water scale, so an annual descale matters. Top loads are simpler and cheaper to maintain. Either way, most breakdowns we see come from years of zero servicing — not from the machine type.
Do you carry spare parts to the visit?
Common parts (inlet valves, drain pumps, belts, door locks), yes. Model-specific parts like PCBs or drum bearings are quoted upfront from the rate card and fitted on a follow-up visit, usually within 48 hours. You approve the price before any part is ordered.
