Can you install a window AC without a wooden frame?
Yes — we fit with metal support brackets rated for the unit's weight, sealed against the wall opening. If your opening needs a frame or sizing correction, the technician tells you the options and cost on-site before starting.
Why does my window AC drip water inside the room?
The unit has lost its slight backward tilt or the drain tray/hole is blocked with dust sludge. Both are fixed in a service visit — the tilt is corrected and the drain path cleaned so condensate flows outside as designed.
Is it worth repairing an old window AC?
Usually yes — window ACs are mechanically simple, and parts like fan motors, capacitors, and thermostats are inexpensive. If the compressor itself has failed on a very old unit, we'll tell you honestly whether repair or replacement makes more sense.
