Instant vs storage geyser — which should I pick?
Kitchen sink or wash basin: instant, no contest. Bucket baths: a 10–15L storage unit is more practical since instants deliver continuous but modest flow. Shower users usually want 15–25L storage. Tell us the use case and we'll fit the right machine.
Why does my instant geyser turn off mid-use?
The thermal cut-out is tripping — usually because scale on the element creates hot spots, or the flow is too low. A descale fixes the first; a clean of the inlet filter fixes the second. Both are covered in a single service visit.
Can an instant geyser run on my existing bathroom wiring?
Only if the circuit is rated for it — 3kW models need a 16A circuit, larger ones more. The technician checks the wiring and earthing before installation; if it can't carry the load safely, you'll know before anything is fitted.
