Does a portable AC really need professional setup?
The unit runs out of the box, but the exhaust window-kit sealing decides the cooling. A properly sealed duct path can mean several degrees of difference. Our setup visit seals it, sets drainage, and shows you the unit performing — worth it, especially in rentals.
Why does my portable AC fill with water so fast?
High humidity — the unit is dehumidifying hard. We check that self-evaporation mode is working (most units can exhaust moisture with the hot air) and set up continuous drainage if your placement allows, so you stop emptying the tank.
Can I move it between rooms myself?
Yes — that's the point. Keep the unit upright while moving, and let it stand for 30 minutes before switching on if it was tilted. Each room needs a window or door path for the exhaust duct; we can fit kits in more than one room.
