Frequently asked questions
Tower cooler airflow feels weaker than the spec promised. Why?
Slim intakes clog fast — dusty grilles, loaded pads, and a dirty blower column choke the narrow air path. A full-column service restores the designed throw. If it's weak from day one, placement matters: towers need a few inches of clearance behind the intake.
Are tower cooler pads different from normal honeycomb pads?
Yes — tall, narrow, model-specific sizes that generic shops rarely stock. We bring pads matched to your model. Forcing cut-down generic pads leaves air gaps that bypass cooling entirely, which is the most common botched-repair we correct.
The digital panel/remote on my tower cooler is dead. Repairable?
Usually — the control PCB, touch membrane, or IR receiver are replaceable parts. Electronics are what make tower coolers pricier, so repairing them is worth it. Quoted from the rate card after a quick diagnosis, as always.
