Does a tower AC need installation like a split AC?
Lighter — there's no wall unit, but it still needs correct placement near a drain path or with a condensate arrangement, a dedicated power point for the higher amperage models, and commissioning checks. Our setup visit covers all three plus a cooling demo.
My tower AC's air throw has weakened. Why?
Clogged filters and a dust-loaded coil stack are the usual cause — tower units inhale a lot of floor-level dust. A deep clean of the filters, coil, and blower restores the designed throw. If it's still weak, the blower motor is checked on the same visit.
Can a tower AC cool a wedding or event space?
Yes — that's their main use case. As a rule of thumb, one 2-ton tower covers roughly 250–300 sq ft of open hall. For events, book a pre-event service so the unit runs at full capacity on the day.
