Why do my clothes have white flecks after washing?
Either undissolved detergent (dose too high or water too cold) or scale/lint shedding from between the tubs. A tub deep-clean removes years of that buildup; switching to the right detergent dose for your water hardness keeps it away.
My top loader fills but the pulsator doesn't spin. What's wrong?
Usually the drive — a worn clutch or coupling, a loose belt (in belt-drive models), or a failed capacitor. Occasionally something as simple as a coin jammed under the pulsator. All are diagnosed and priced in one visit, most fixed on the spot.
Is a top loader okay for hard water?
They tolerate it better than front loads (most don't heat water), but scale still coats the tub and clogs the inlet valve screens over time. An annual descale keeps wash quality up and the inlet flow healthy — and it's cheaper than the repairs scale eventually causes.
