How often should RO filters be changed?
Sediment and carbon pre-filters every 6–12 months, the RO membrane every 12–24 months, and the UV lamp yearly. It depends on your input water: high-TDS borewell water exhausts filters faster than municipal supply. Our technician checks the actual condition rather than replacing blindly.
Do you use genuine filters?
Yes — genuine or certified OEM-grade filters only, quoted from a fixed rate card before work starts. The old filters are shown to you before disposal, so you can see exactly what was changed and why.
My purifier is running but the water tastes odd. What's wrong?
Usually an exhausted carbon filter or a storage tank that needs sanitisation — both fixed in a single service visit. If the TDS reading is high at the tap, the RO membrane is due. Book a service and the technician will diagnose with a TDS meter in front of you.
Can you install a purifier in a rented flat without drilling?
Yes — countertop and table-top models need no drilling at all, and for wall-mounted units we can often reuse existing points. Tell us your setup at booking and the technician arrives with the right mounting kit.
